ABOUT THE EXHIBITION JUNWEX YEREVAN SHOW – the exhibition, which has been waited for!
Yerevan Show is an international jewelry expo, which is held by the Armenian Jewelers Association (AJA) with the support of government structures in the capital of Armenia for eight consecutive years. From 2016 onwards, the exhibition is being held in an updated format and is called the “JUNWEX Yerevan Show”, since the largest Russian industry-based media holding “RESTEK JUNWEX” takes an active part in its organization.
Originally initiated as an exhibition with the participation of Armenian jewelers – mainly representatives of the diaspora, the Yerevan Show expanded every year, gaining international status and becoming a well-known regional industry project. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia. From 2014 onwards, the exhibition venue is the new Expo-center \”Meridian\”, which is situated close to the jewelry free economic zone (FEZ). The FEZ is another major AJA project in Armenia, which is actively supported by the country\’s leadership and contributes to the promotion of the jewelry and diamond industry.

MODALITIES FOR PARTICIPATION
PARTICIPATION FEE includes:
– registration fee;
– provision of exhibition area.
REGISTRATION FEE includes:
– placing information about the exhibitor in the official catalog of the exhibition (according to the technical requirements);
– accreditation of exhibitors\’ representatives with the provision of a permanent pass to the exhibition;
– participation in all events of the exhibition, except for events requiring a personal invitation;
– a package of information papers;
– computer-based registration of visitors.
EQUIPPED AREA includes:
– an exhibition area (stand with a total area of 12 sq m);
– perimeter wall panels;
– carpet covering;
– placing the company name and company logo on the stand;
– a table, 3 chairs, a tall display case (200x100x40), 2 counters (100x100x40), a radial reception desk;
– general security;
– cleaning of aisles and public areas;
– general exhibition advertising.

* Payment is made in AMD. 1 cu is equivalent to 1 USD. Prices include VAT.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
After registration of the application for participation in the exhibition and receipt of the invoice, the Exhibitor makes an advance payment:
– in case of entering into an agreement less than 6 calendar months before the date of the exhibition: in the amount of 70% of the cost of services under the contract within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
– in case of entering into an agreement more than 6 calendar months before the date of the exhibition: in the amount of 50% of the cost of services under the contract within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
Full payment for participation must be made not later than 60 days before the start of installation of the exhibition.
Contract costing does not include the transportation and insurance of the Exhibitor’s property, which is located on the stand. All costs are assumed by the Exhibitor.
REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE
In case of a written refusal by the Exhibitor to participate in the exhibition, the Exhibitor shall reimburse the Organizer for expenses in the amount of:
• when reporting a refusal to participate in the exhibition from 3 to 4 months before the due date for the start of installation work – 50% of the total cost of the contract;
• when reporting a refusal to participate in the exhibition within a period of less than 3 months before the due date for the start of installation work – 70% of the total cost of the contract;
• when reporting a refusal to participate in the exhibition within a period of less than 1 month before the due date for the start of installation work – 100% of the total cost of the contract.
